§ 1 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to the booking of overnight stays and other services at Chalet Moos (Inhaber: Vitalii Konyk, Bergleweg 1, 79682 Todtmoos). Any differing terms of the guest do not become part of the contract unless we expressly agree to them.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The guest's enquiry (by form, email or phone) does not yet constitute a booking. The contract is concluded once we confirm the booking. Bookings are made directly with the host, without any agency commission.
§ 3 Services & prices
Prices are stated in euros and include the agreed services. Unless stated otherwise, room prices include half board (breakfast and dinner). The visitor's tax is €2.30 per night and adult guest and is charged in addition to the room price.
§ 4 Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total price is due upon booking. The balance is payable on arrival.
§ 5 Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Different times by arrangement.
§ 6 Withdrawal & cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In the event of later cancellation or no-show, the deposit paid (50%) will be retained.
§ 7 Pets & house rules
Dogs and cats are warmly welcome; a fee of 15 € per night is charged. All rooms are non-smoking. We kindly ask you to treat the house and its furnishings with care.
§ 8 Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence in accordance with the statutory provisions. In the case of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
§ 9 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
